Hello

I am a local hat designer and I do pop up hat bar events. Guys and gals preregister for this unique experience of creating their own designer fedora. Would you be interested in hosting an event?

 

Here are some details:

• I require at least 10 (5 if local) preregistered guests.

• You would sell the event tickets and I would give your venue $10 of each ticket sold.

• Tickets for a hat bar are $_______. Payable to me at time of setup for the event.

• I will need number of registrations 3 days prior to the event.

• I furnish the hat, detailed hands on instructions, ribbons, feathers, gems and bands for them to choose from.

• The event is about 2 hours.

• Each person will have a work station with a glue gun, scissors and table protectors.

• Electricity is needed however I have electrical outlet towers for the tables.

• I need a 6’ table for my things a few small ones too if available.

• I have tablecloths.

• The guests will need space each for their supplies, drinks, food, etc.

• I can prepare a FB event page with you as cohost and your registration

 

I have a no refund policy so this is the policy for each event. I have attached to this email.

 

Feel free to use any photos on my page and you can make me cohost.

 

If you want to offer an “early bird” registration I am ok with that. You will still get your $10 each. Something like—Buy one get one $10 off if you register before _____________________.
