Sweet Evergreen Designs Representative Guidelines

The following pricing structure is designed to ensure both Sweet Evergreen Designs and its Representatives maintain healthy profit margins while offering customers high-quality, customized hat bar experiences.

 

Hat Bar pricing

Representatives are responsible for setting their final retail pricing, within suggested ranges to maintain brand consistency.  Pricing is determined via your market from $75-$125.

Profit margins may vary based on event location, customer base, and accessory choices.

 Restocking Prices for Representatives

*Representatives must purchase restocking hat kits and accessory bundles at the following wholesale rates see attached.   A minimum of $150 per month must be purchased through Sweet Evergreen Designs. 

*Ribbons, lace, feathers, etc. may vary from each order depending on vendor availability.
* Restocking prices are subject to change based on material costs. Sweet Evergreen Designs will communicate price updates in advance.

Representative requirements for accessories:

*Representatives may purchase additional supplies at their own cost.  Supplies must be of quality materials and well representative of Sweet Evergreen Designs.

*Representatives are encouraged to find unused jewelry e.g. necklaces, earrings and lapel pins. Also silk scarves, belts, lace, crocheted dollies, to add to their accessories.

*Other items used are paper logo coasters, match books, playing cards, bullet casings, leather, leopard or sheep material pieces, labels and caps from liquor and beer bottles, etc.
